SPORTS clubs have another chance to apply for a new defibrillator and help save the lives of players, volunteers or spectators who suffer a sudden cardiac arrest. Jaclyn Symes (MLC, Northern Victoria) announced on Monday that applications for the third round of the $2.7 million Defibrillators for Sporting Clubs and Facilities Program are now open. Ms Symes is encouraging clubs in Mansfield and other neighbouring council areas to apply for the program. For more information or to apply online visit www.sport.vic.gov.au. Sporting clubs who already have a defibrillator are encouraged to register them with Ambulance Victoria. Licensed by Copyright Agency. You may only copy or communicate this work with a licence.
