20 Jan 2017 Shepparton News, Shepparton VIC (General News) IN BRIEF The Shepparton Indigo at Dusk Youth Market is one of 18 youth projects across northern Victoria to share in nearly $40 000 in Victorian Government funding to celebrate National Youth Week in March. Labor Upper Member for Northern Victoria Jaclyn Symes said each organisation would receive up to $2000 in funding to hold community youth events. The second annual Shepparton Indigo at Dusk Youth Market takes place on Friday, March 31 from 5 pm to 10 pm at Queens Gardens in Shepparton. The free entry event features live entertainment, food stalls, and childrens activities. The government will also host the inaugural Youth Summit on March 31, marking the start of National Youth Week. Young people from across Victoria will attend the summit to discuss issues that matter most to them and to turn their ideas into action. National Youth Week will run from March 31 to April 9.
