19 Apr 2017 Kyabram Free Press, Kyabram VIC (General News) KYABRAMS Connor Keck (pictured) has been announced as a joint recipient of the 2017 Bernie Moran Scholarship at a dinner in last night. The scholarship is in its fifth year after being inaugurated by the Australian Labor Partys Shepparton branch in 2012 to provide support and encouragement for local apprentices. Labor Member for Northern Victoria Jaclyn Symes was the guest speaker for the evening. Mr Keck, a second-year plumbing apprentice with T and M Plumbing, said he and fellow trade students completed an application for the scholarship last year.
